Your privacy matters to us. This page explains, in plain language, what information AIP Wellness collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
AIP Wellness is a women's wellness coaching business run by Anya Gossage, serving women anywhere in the US. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means AIP Wellness. If you have questions, email [email protected] or use our contact form.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter:
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and the tools behind it may collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, and the pages you visit, using cookies or similar technology. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, such as which pages are viewed most. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information, and Google handles it under its own privacy policy. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Please don't send detailed health information through the website contact form. We're happy to talk about your health privately once we're working together.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use GoHighLevel (a customer relationship management platform) to store contact details, run our forms and booking calendar, and send emails. When you submit a form or book a consult, your information is stored in our GoHighLevel account. GoHighLevel handles that information under its own privacy policy, which you can find on its website.
We may also use other trusted services to run the business, such as Zoom for our coaching sessions and webinars. We only share what's needed for them to do their job.
If you order supplements through our Fullscript store, Fullscript processes your order and payment under its own privacy policy, which you can find on its website. Because it’s our practitioner store, we may be able to see what you order so we can better support you.
If you join our newsletter, we'll send you occasional emails. If you register for a webinar, we'll send you the Zoom link, reminders, and a few follow-up emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime. You can also email [email protected] or use our contact form and we'll remove you.
We keep your information only as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires. Specifically:
When we no longer need your information, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time (see “Your choices and rights” below).
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Just email [email protected] or use our contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state's laws, and we'll honor those requests as the law requires.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or internet service is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
This website is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
